Village très agreable avec plein de commerces , situation géographique a 20 min du Futuroscope.
⭐️ Une expérience catastrophique – logement absolument pas à la hauteur
Nous avons rarement été aussi déçus par un hébergement. Dès notre arrivée, les problèmes ont commencé : nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure devant le portail, car la propriétaire était injoignable, étant en vacances à l’étranger. Aucune organisation sérieuse n’avait été prévue pour notre arrivée.Et malheureusement, ce n’était que le début.
Le logement présentait de nombreux problèmes qui auraient dû être signalés avant notre arrivée :
❌ Machine à laver inutilisable, alors que la propriétaire était au courant de son dysfonctionnement et a pourtant choisi de ne pas nous en informer. Nous avons été contraints de nous rendre à la laverie, pour un montant total de 81 €. Malgré cela, seulement 50 € nous ont été remboursés, sans aucun geste commercial pour les désagréments occasionnés.
❌ Draps sales à notre arrivée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable dans un logement proposé à la location.
❌ Baignoire inutilisable à cause d’une fuite d’eau qui occasionne une inondation dans la salle de bain, fuites d'eau également a la porte de la douche ce qui provoque des auréoles et traces d’humidité au plafond de la cuisine.
❌ Sacs poubelles remplis de déchets laissés dans le jardin à notre arrivée.
Le plus choquant reste le fait que certains problèmes étaient connus de la propriétaire avant notre arrivée, notamment concernant la machine à laver, sans que nous en ayons été informés. Nous aurions évidemment pu prendre nos dispositions si cela nous avait été signalé.
Nous avons eu le sentiment d’être laissés complètement seuls face aux problèmes rencontrés. Payer un séjour et devoir ensuite gérer soi-même les conséquences de dysfonctionnements du logement n’est absolument pas acceptable.
Aucun véritable geste commercial n’a été proposé malgré l'accumulation des désagréments. Les 50 € remboursés sur les 81 € de laverie ne compensent absolument pas la situation ni le temps perdu.
