The apartment is clean, spacious, and at a central location.
The staff was unresponsive and quite hard to communicate with. They weren’t answering any of their messages in booking prior to our arrival (even to confirm the stay), and I was only able to reach them by phone.
Additionally, the lady that came to give us the keys for the apartment didn’t give us any instructions (I had to call once again to get the WiFi) and just left us with them. Shortly after that, we realised there were only 2 big towels in the apartment (we were 4 girls!), and even though I immediately called and asked for the other 2, they never came to bring them, which was uncomfortable for us.
Lastly, the coach is quite old and uncomfortable to sleep in, especially for 2 people. Moreover, since it’s located right next to the big windows (from where the sun rises), and the curtain rails were broken, the owners had just decided to completely remove the curtain, so sunlight was coming directly in our faces at 7 am.
