Clean & tidy
No service. My room was not cleaned all week. But there was sufficient toiletries to last the duration.

Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einem Erdbeben, weshalb wir die Unterkunft wechseln mussten. Das Team hat sofort reagiert, uns unterstützt und alles so schnell wie möglich organisiert. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.
Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer. Die mehrfarbige LED-Beleuchtung wirkte etwas wie eine Disco und war für den Alltag eher unpraktisch. Eine normale, weisse Beleuchtung wäre deutlich angenehmer und funktionaler.
