We had a wonderful stay at Lithos Villas in Nikiti. The villa is set in a higher part of the area and offers a truly stunning view of the sea, which was most impressive at sunset.
The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. I would add that there is a very well-maintained inner courtyard with a garden, parking spaces in front of each house, and a bigger pool. The house is equipped with everything you need, with two bathrooms (each with a toilet) and A/C in every room.
Our host, Dimitris, was extremely welcoming. He recommended a fantastic fish restaurant, which we really enjoyed.
We would gladly visit again!

Amazing place! Clean, tidy and luxurious.
The private pool and the facilities in the room are in excellent condition.
The view is stunning.
It is worth mentioning the manager Dimitris who takes care and does everything to make sure the guests have a good time!

Modern nieuwe duplex met twee slaapkamers, privé zwembad, kleine maar gerievelijke keuken. Waanzinnig uitzicht. Weg van de drukte. Voor de deur parkeren. Rust. Supermarkt en bakker op 5 minuten zonder dat je het drukke dorp in moet
Tip voor de organisatie. Als je graag kookt en ter plaatse blijft miste ik een scherp mes om groenten te snijden, peper en zout en een keukenhanddoeken.
Dit werd mij op eenvoudige vraag direct verschaft. Zou beter standaard aanwezig zijn
