Rady was so welcoming, this was a last minute booking after revising our plans. The room was huge, as was the bed and the bathroom. Absolutely spotlessly clean too. Enormous wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. The gardens Rady is responsible for are just beautiful. Superb view across Mushroom Bay, and a very short walk down to the beach and restaurants etc. Rady explained that the land, post Covid, is now owned by 4 people. There is plainly something going on as there are shut up, fenced off villas nearby, the pool, on an adjacent plot, which looks like it would have been amazing in its day, is derelict but had no bearing on our stay here. Would be brilliant to see it all restored. We would happily stay here again, incredible value for money, massive, spotless ,quiet room with lovely view. Rady is caring for and maintaining what he is responsible for extremely well. .
We were a bit apprehensive on the approach, all looked a bit run down but an unprepossessing approach gave way to a lovely little oasis.

Rady was a great host full of energy and a big smile.
Really easy for the boat to Bali literally goes from the beach a few steps away ( although this doesn’t effect how peaceful the place is )
Nothing I didn’t like really , a pool would have made it perfect as it was very hot , although the sea is literally steps away.

Friendly helpful host, location overlooking beachfront, walking distance to cafes , good restaurants 2minutes to beach . Place kept clean and tidy. Bed made up and room cleaned daily. Host helped with information re sightseeing and organised transport efficiently.
No hair drier . No kitchen utensils /crockery except for 2 glasses and 2 cups and saucers.
