The management of these apartments raises serious questions. I booked in advance but could not reach them at all. Messages and calls via WhatsApp and Booking went unanswered. Even after arriving in Yerevan and calling with a local SIM, there was complete silence. This lack of basic communication is unacceptable for a host.
