大変、広くて大人数でも快適に泊まることができました。
到着するやいなや隣の八百屋さんに「迷惑かけないで！」と注意され怒られました。何もしてないのに…しかも私たちが泊まる部屋は8階です！
炊飯ジャーの中に前利用者のお米がそのままで残されていた。
ホテル全体の照明スイッチが多すぎてわかりづらい。
ガスコンロの着火が、悪く使用するのに手間取った。
システムキッチン周りの掃除が行き届いてなく掃除してからでないと使用できなかった。

広いリビングルームでミーティングができて、合宿や長期遠征で東京に来たときにはまた活用したい。錦糸町駅から5分内で着くので立地が良い。

Huge space, very unusual for Japan
It was a bit cold in the bedrooms and the road noise was noticeable, no significant problem though

The size of the accommodation is 10/10. The available area is very big and there are 4 rooms and 2 outdoor areas. If you need a lot of space, this is the place for you.
The heaters in the room work properly and are able to hear the kitchen and bedrooms.
While it is big, many of the living appliances are very old and no longer work properly. The gas range was difficult to start and not even the hosts could start it all if the time.
There are insufficient instructions as to how to operate all of the appliances.
