the property is new, all the details are well done and well taught, the colours are modern but warms, very spacious and full of ligth, white linings and towels, high cleaning standards
the access road is bit narrow and two ways, so you must be careful that no ones comes from the other side. on the other hand I had never to stop or go back, it is just a local housing access road, not busy.

L’appartamento è ben posizionato rispetto alla città da cui dista pochissimi minuti. È ben organizzato, nuovo, pulito, ben arredato e davvero trasmette la cura con cui è stato concepito: le stanze sono comode, la cucina è ben attrezzata. I balconi sono godibili. Logistica impeccabile (per quanto concerne check-in e check out) staff gentilissimo. Per comprendere la cura con cui è stato concepito, dico solo che sono presenti anche degli ombrelli per gli ospiti nella hall. Davvero bravi.
solo un suggerimento: l’area del parcheggio andrebbe gestita con indicazioni precise da dare agli inquilini, poiché, in mancanza delle stesse, gli inquilini tendono a parcheggiare le proprie auto occupando lo spazio senza considerare che deve accogliere almeno quattro auto e cosi chi arriva ultimo può avere qualche difficoltà.
