+ Bus no. 3, 2 mins from the building, runs between the town centre/station and the property
+ By train: 2 mins by bus from the station (line 3).

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

Great location and had everything we needed. When we arrived we didn’t realise we needed to be met by a local concierge company rep so we wandered around and were a little concerned.
Place was safe and friendly location, had markets nearby and very close to the historic town.
No parking available but parking in car park was not expensive and safe overnight.
