- Our room didn't have strong air conditioning, she was gracious to shift us into a separate apartment.

Good location, if you want to get away from the center and the big crowds. The reception by the owner or manager was very good, quick, and she informed us promptly about our room. It has a garden, if you want to relax or have breakfast or dinner, with garden views.
Regarding parking, the structure isn't really suitable for so many cars, so if you arrive late you risk not finding a space even in the private parking lot, If you park near the owners' house, they might tell you that you'd have to get up early to move it, Also, it's a small room and the bathroom is really tiny.
Well, even the shower leaks if you use too much water, so in conclusion it's a room for just a few days.
