A localização é boa e o apartamento tem uma estrutura adequada para uma estadia curta. O processo de acesso ao imóvel também foi simples.

Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante prejudicada pela limpeza do apartamento, que estava muito abaixo do esperado na chegada. Além disso, fui abordada inesperadamente por um membro do conselho do prédio por supostas reclamações de barulho sem qualquer comportamento excessivo da minha parte. Minha movimentação no apartamento foi absolutamente normal, inclusive usando meia e chinelo nos curtos períodos que permaneci no apartamento. A situação foi constrangedora e me causou especial desconforto porque eu estava na cidade para as celebrações de Rosh Hashaná. Diante da ausência de uma conduta objetivamente inadequada, fiquei com a percepção de um possível tratamento discriminatório/antissemita. Considero que uma hospedagem deve oferecer não apenas boas condições de higiene, mas também respeito e tranquilidade ao hóspede. Nesse aspecto, minha experiência foi decepcionante.
