Appartement spacieux très bien aménagé très bien équipé . Belle terrasse avec belle vue en bonus .Hôte très réactif et présent . Son excellente sandwicherie Zinzi se trouve sous la résidence (à ne pas louper ! Délicieux, l’un des meilleurs!)
Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas apprécié juste ça dépend du client qu’il faut savoir que ça serait au 4eme étage sans ascenseur . (Mais il vous aide avec toute amabilité à monter les valises si nécessaire) et l’avantage c est qu’on s’y habitue et ça équilibre le voyage gourmand avec un peu de fitness .

The property was in a fantastic location with lots of restaurants close by and in the heart of the historic centre. The property had a rooftop balcony that had fantastic views of the street below and the surrounding landscape. The host was very helpful and any issues he responded straight away and sorted out. He was also really nice and friendly and smiling all the time (he runs the shop next door so bumped into him often). There were 3 large size bedrooms, 1 with 2 double beds in and a large lounge, the apartment was well equipped for cooking and to a high clean standard. We would stay here again.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property but as this is a rooftop property with stunning views there were a lot of steps (around 150)! But we felt fitter by the end of the week!

The apartment is extremely spacious, comfortable, modern, and fully equipped, with a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms… All you have to do is enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in the historic heart of Naples, in a palazzo dating back to the 15th century, on an incredibly lively street full of people, pizzerias, restaurants, and trattorias — everything is just a minute or two away. The location is excellent, and all the main sights in the city are within walking distance. The metro is about 7–8 minutes away (we used Dante station).
But perhaps the best thing of all is the owner, Gennaro. He’s a fantastic guy who works all day in the shop right next to the entrance to the palazzo (bread, sandwiches, excellent prosciutto, pastries, and more). He is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and ready to help or explain anything you need. And this man never stops — he works constantly! I loved it when he told us that this street (Via dei Tribunali), bread, and sandwiches are his life.
On our last day, we had a late flight, and he even let us leave our luggage with him in his shop! He also gave us some food as a gift when we were leaving!
