The staff and service were wonderful and the breakfast was so amazing. The pho and coffee were actually some of the best on our entire trip!
The location was also great, within walking distance of great food and the markets.

Rooftop pool and views. Rooms were very comfortable.
The glass shower screen should be longer to stop water flooding the bathroom.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options to select from.
The shower took some time to figure out, I didn’t know how to make it colder or hotter (it’s not the traditional shower taps)

The rooftop pool and bar is lovely with beautiful views over the city. In a good location and breakfast was also good
When we arrived for our last night our internal flight from Hue was delayed so we arrived in the dark. They told us they had upgraded us for no extra cost. We had booked a city view room, but were given a family room, which we didn’t need for two of us and when we woke up and opened the curtains we were facing a building site scaffolding with no view!This was so disappointing as we had wanted to wake up on our last morning to a beautiful city view and that is why we booked this hotel. We advised the manager, but of course this had been our only night at this hotel, so nothing they could do! They had previously said we couldn’t have the room until we needed to leave for a late flight and they then offered us an extra two hours. It was still a disappointment as it was not what we booked and wanted to see first thing in the morning.
