El self check in fue fácil y tenes todas las instrucciones a seguir en un PDF. Necesitamos mas toallas y cosas del baño y fueron rápidos para proveernoslas. El WiFi funciona muy bien!!
Recomendación el Arabic express que esta al lado del hotel tiene muy buenos precios y es rico. El mini súper no, es un afano, el agua a 14RM.
El ascensor tarda mucho y hay que tenerlo en cuenta si estas apurado para salir, aunque no era todo el tiempo. No hay suficientes enchufes, hay un solo alargue y si bien te dan otro, no es seguro enchufar un alargue en otro alargue. Así que cargabamos las cosas por turnos. Hay una pequeña cocina, que ayuda bastante si querés ahorrar en comida pero estaría bueno que tuvieran un poquito de condimentos, sal pimienta te y cafe.

Everything, the location was good, facilities great. Shops, restaurants and the mall all within walking distance. Absolutely just amazing.

We got an upgrade and that was nice
The lift was always busy, we had to wait everyday to go down for like 20 minutes.
The hotel is not close to the city.
The check in was just awkward. No helping how to come to the room.

The location, next to a mall and easy to use the bus to get into the centre
When we arrived it was chaotic as the electrics had cut out meaning no lift, this can’t be helped but people were pushing constantly. We decided to use the stairs, when we got into the room, there was left over food in the fridge. The room was tiny and the TV didn’t work very well. The bathroom was mouldy but we couldn’t leave the windows open otherwise it would become full of ants. Unfortunately the pool didn’t seem to be cleaned, the first time my partner used it, he got an ear infection.
