Matches the description well, it was a clean an comfortable stay. The location was the most important for us, as we wanted to be close to the Victoria park (because of a festival held there) and to plenty of public transport options. The apartment is very close to the Underground, but plenty of busses also stop in the area, some almost right in front of the door to the building. Several supermarkets are close by, which was also very convenient. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, but you can take the elevator from the first floor, which is very nice. We enjoyed the smart TV one evening when our feet were tired from roaming the city. The fans were great to cool the rooms down a bit in the evening.
Being on the 6th floor in a central place also means that there will always be some noise from the streets, like sirens. I had no trouble with this, but my friend wanted to keep the windows closed at night as this caused her trouble sleeping. To be fair, it was not nearly as loud as at some other places I have stayed in London, where the windows are much closer to the street. There were only two things we ran into: 1) the ignition of the gas stove did not work, and we could not find a lighter, so we could not use the stove, and 2) there was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets, so we also could not use that. We could have bought a lighter and dishwasher tablets, but of course we found out they were missing at an an inconvenient time, and ended up just not using the stove and dishwasher afterwards.
