The host had wine and pasties for us when we arrived. We thought that lovely. The courtyard is beautiful and a lovely place to gather for coffee or wine. The location perfect. Had hair dryer and washer. Clothes pins for the line. 2 comfortable bedrooms.
We had navigated the National train strike and arrived early. I sent a text with Google translate that got all twisted and mixed English and Italian. I was asking if we could check in early or leave bags... I later read it and it read like I was demanding DONUTS upon arrival PRESTO! I think that's why the pasteries were there! 😃 😊

No real gathering space inside due to house configuration... but who wants to be inside in Cinque Terre?
