Very clean everything.
Good location. In front of the apartment is the tram station where you can buy tickets. Also, across the street is an supermarket from you can buy what you need.
At 300m is Osteria Mani where you can eat good food. There, is also an market with eastern European products, good prices, variety of products.
On the ground floor of the building with the apartment is the store from where you can buy the coffee for the coffee machine.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The mattresses very good.
The balcony is very useful.
The beds in one bedroom are very low, 10cm from the floor :(
Maybe good for a family who go with the kids, but for senior adults, it wasn't pleasant...
It is true that in the pictures seems like they are low, but you can not estimate how low they are positioned.
Anyway, I thought that is good for the visitors who read the evaluation to knew exactly what to expect for.

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado y recién reformado, muchos detalles de bienvenido como capsulas de café, pastillas para lavavajillas, jabón lavadora ..... Está ubicado un en barrio tranquilo y bien comunicado con el centro, utilizando el tramvia que para justo enfrente. En los bajos del edificio hay una panadera y en frente un supermercado. Pizzerias y bares muy cerca.
La bañera es muy alta y no tiene mampara ni cortina, por lo que solamente utilizamos la ducha. La habitación de dos camas, estas hacen un poco de ruido.
