A very pleasant apartment in a quiet part of Szczecin (Pogodno). The location may seem a little outside the city centre, but getting around is very easy – you can quickly reach different places by bus, taxi or bike.
The apartment itself is new, very clean and spacious. The rooms are large, there is plenty of space, and everything feels fresh and well maintained. We stayed for 4 days and would definitely return here on our next visit to Szczecin.
A big plus is also the very good value for money. You can tell that the building is new; apparently, some of the apartments are still being finished, but this had no impact on our stay at all.
The only minor downsides were the proximity to the hospital, which meant ambulances could sometimes be heard at night, and the lack of air conditioning. For a new building, this would be a very useful addition, especially during warmer days.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, jest to mieszkanie w nowym budynku. Myślałam, że będzie salon z kuchnia i sypialnia, a okazało się że jest jeszcze dodatkowy pokój, co zaskoczyło mnie pozytywnie, chociaż nie korzystałam. Duży balkon, na którym były wygodne leżaki. Nie słychać odgłosów z ulicy. Mój wyjazd był związany z badaniami w szpitalu, to dla mnie znaczenie miało również to, że znajduje się dosłownie 10 minut od szpitala spacerkiem. Blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Polecam !!!
Stoliczek na balkonie miał złamana nogę, ale to właściciele mogli nawet nie zauważyć po wcześniejszych pobytach, gdyż był ustawiony normalnie, jedynie po postawieniu kubków z herbatą przechylił się.
