Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The hotel is very trendy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always available when needed. In the daytime I was helped by Anishur, and the in the night time I was assisted by Rairyhm. There was another gentleman for the night shift who was also very helpful but I did not get his name unfortunately. All in all, they were all very professional and accommodating. I had a good stay.
Maybe not much to do around the hotel but conveniently located enough that we are a short ride from the main spots in the city.

The location of the hotel is good and makes it a convenient base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, we had ants in the bathroom, and some of them were even on the towels. They can also bite, so it is worth being a little careful. The shower head was also not properly fixed in place.
