I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday as a solo traveller, and the staff made my stay truly special.
André deserves particular recognition for his professionalism and attentiveness. He made me feel safe and comfortable while providing a truly luxurious level of service. When I mentioned wanting to buy some "caju" cashew fruit he recommended a local fruit market and suggested the hotel’s private car service.
As a Brazilian who has lived abroad for several years, I found his service on a par with what I’d expect from an international hotel chain. That level of personal care is something I rarely experience in Brazil. His attentiveness was the cherry on top and made all the difference to my stay.
The afternoon tea team and musicians were wonderful too. It was lovely to see the hotel supporting local artists and young talent through the piano and violin performances such a positive thing to witness in Brazil. I would have loved to hear more Brazilian music, though.
The location was excellent, right in the centre of Maragogi. I felt at ease throughout my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other solo female travellers.
The swimming pool was stunning, and having one in the room was a lovely feature. However, it could have been cleaner, particularly the protective glass, which was quite dirty and had numerous marks. Some of the tiles were marked too.
I also struggled to open the bathroom and shower room windows, and the blinds wouldn’t open fully.
I couldn’t open the water bottles either. Bottles with screw caps would be much more convenient for guests.
I would have appreciated softer pillowcases, ideally satin or silk. I’d recommend bringing your own if you prefer a softer feel.

A localização é ótima!
