歩いて1分の所にスーパーとパン屋があって便利。
朝ご飯を食べられるカフェ・ルナまで徒歩9分。
バス停も徒歩3分。
教会のすぐ前で時折オルガンの音が聞こえてきて情緒あり。
近くのStadtparkまで散歩できる。
3階の寝室がいい雰囲氣。
コスパがよい。
二重窓の間とかほこりっぽかった。

The host Michael was attentive and left us very good instructions. Lovely little town, and the house was perfect right in the centre next to the church. Clean, lovely accommodation, nothing to fault. The availability of a fan was also greatly appreciated in the very hot temperatures. We also took advantage of the excellent local swimming baths and had a great time. Lovely overnight stay!

Es handelt sich wirklich um ein knuffiges Fachwerkhaus, mitten in Werne. Die Restaurierung ist bestimmt mit viel Aufwand verbunden gewesen und gut gelungen.
Als wir ankamen, betraten wir eine Baustelle. Bedingt durch einen Wasserschaden (kann schon mal passieren), war das Badezimmer nur bedingt nutzbar. Die Fliesen an der Badewanne wurden angeklopft und es war ein großes Loch zu sehen. Dadurch, dass auch der Boden aufgestemmt wurde und dann mit einem Brett notdürftig abgedeckt wurde, lies sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen. Unsere Frage an den Vermieter, was da los ist, wurde so beantwortet, wir könnten ja alles normal benutzen. Eine Vorabinformation zum Zustand des Hauses, erfolgte nicht. Kulanz wurde rigoros abgelehnt.
Das Häuschen ist eigentlich hübsch. Aber wegen unserer Erfahrung mit dem Vermieter würden wir das Häuschen nicht wieder mieten.
