The location was superb, lovely garden where you could here and see plenty of birds. We had our dogs with, and they enjoyed the big garden. Braaiwood was provided and as a bonus it was dry. Enjoyed the hot tub and the living room / bedroom area created lovely open space.
Small things that can make a difference - Replace the outside couch, it is a bit worn down. Also the wooden table and chairs need to be sandpapered. Would then look as good as new again. The kitchen had all the neceassary utensils and the provided pots coffee maker and fruits was great. Might just need to add a nice Tupperware type salad bowl with lid. The pot/pan provided was sufficient for our use, but a braaibak would have been nice to have there as well. Also please replace the tin opener, it is not working properly. If there is a bit of extra money availble for rennovations, it might be a good idea to extend the stoep paving and cover the braai and hot tub area, and add the table and chairs to that area.

We had the a really fantastic two-night getaway.
Travelling with our two dogs, it was lovely to see our dog get along so well with Bailey, the resident dog. Even when Bailey stole half the treats (left by the host for our two pups!) One of the unexpected highlights was spending time with Jasper, the owners’ six-year-old son, who enthusiastically showed us how to pick macadamia nuts and mulberries and shared everything he knew about gardening.
There was plenty of wood for the hot tub, the surroundings were peaceful, and everything we needed was taken care of.
It was a genuinely warm, welcoming and wonderfully chilled experience. We left feeling relaxed, happy and already wanting to return.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can bring your dogs, unwind and experience great hospitality, we couldn't recommend this place more highly. An absolute gem!

Lovely location right in the heart of Greyton & walking distance to all shops/restaurants.
The hot-tub was fantastic on a cold winter’s night!
Very friendly kitty that visited us and stayed over in the cottage.
Great location to relax and sit and read a book.
Very friendly staff and they were super accommodating about check in times as we arrived early.
Will definitely be back to this cottage!
It did get very cold at night, would recommend better heating inside. The induction heater didn’t do too much

The location and simplicity.
Lacked a few basic essentials like kitchen scissors and an extra blanket for the main bed.
