Le calme de la résidence, la piscine pour les enfants, l'entretien quotidien des espaces verts, les activités au sein de la résidence...
le propriétaire n'y est pas pour grand chose mais les quelques cafards rencontrés: il y a un traitement à l'évidence puisque la plus part sont morts. le temps pour sortir de l'enceinte de la résidence..

La localisation était parfaite pour notre séjour même si c’est loin de la ville. Calme golf
La maison est très bien pensée fonctionnelle
L’équipement était vraiment minimaliste: équipement de cuisine très faible.
Très peu de linge pour une famille.
