we loved the drying room, the newish kitchen and the bathroom, along with the very responsible and rapid communication (via text) from the business representative, and the location in a quiet part of Asakusa near excellent supermarkets and great bus services.
The bedding was pretty difficult to get used to and one of us slept on the fold out sofa and the other on the futon, and more than anything the lack of a decent-sized table to eat at - of course, if you sat on the floor that would have solved it, but we're not good at that.

The location
The constant noise from the people staying above me. When i put ear plugs in i could still feel the footsteps reverberate throughout the building. It was quite unpleasant to say the least.

"A really lovely, cozy, and spotlessly clean hotel in an excellent location. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet convenient for getting around. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend..."
