Das Apartment ist gut gelegen in Asakusa. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung hat sehr viel Platz, um Rucksäcke und Koffer auszubreiten. Der Check-In war Selbst-Check-In mit Code. Es war sehr sauber und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Ich kann das Apartment empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.
Ein Handtuch am Waschbecken zum Hände abtrocknen wäre noch eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit.
Das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert bei uns.

An absolute gem in Tokyo! Perfect location and nearby to a lot of attraction in Asakusa. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood just a quick 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, making it very easy to get around the city. There are several convenience stores and local eateries right around the corner. Red Dragon Rest was one of it. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing crystal-clear check-in instructions and prompt communication before and during our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and felt very authentic. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan! We would glad to stay here again. Thank you

El alojamiento nos gustó mucho en general y la habitación era muy práctica y cómoda. Aunque la habitación que aparece en las fotos de Booking no coincidía exactamente con la habitación que encontramos al llegar, la que nos asignaron nos gustó igualmente y no tuvimos ninguna queja respecto a ella la cama era comodisima.
La habitación estaba muy bien aprovechada: tenía un espacio específico para dejar las maletas, lo que resultó muy cómodo, además de lavadora, una mesa para comer y unas bonitas vistas hacia Tokyo Skytree. Tanto el baño como la ducha estaban también en muy buenas condiciones.
Por otro lado, durante las cuatro noches no se realizó ningún cambio de toallas, ropa de cama ni ningún otro servicio de limpieza. Entendemos que esto puede depender de las condiciones del alojamiento, pero para una estancia de varios días habría sido positivo disponer de algún cambio de toallas. Además, las únicas toallas proporcionadas eran dos, una por persona, y eran bastante pequeñas.
A pesar de estos inconvenientes, nuestra valoración general del alojamiento es buena, principalmente por la calidad y comodidad de las instalaciones y porque la habitación resultó muy práctica para nuestra estancia en Tokio. Creemos que, solucionando estos aspectos relacionados con la comunicación y los servicios ofrecidos, especialmente el Wi-Fi, la experiencia podría mejorar mucho.
Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con la atención del anfitrión fue algo menos positiva. Le preguntamos dónde podíamos encontrar el punto de Yamato más cercano para enviar nuestras maletas y no nos facilitó esa información. Para futuros huéspedes, hay una estación de Yamato a unos cinco minutos andando del alojamiento, por lo que es muy fácil llegar.
También tuvimos un problema importante con el Wi-Fi. Desde nuestra llegada no funcionaba y nos pusimos en contacto con el anfitrión para informarle. Nos indicó que lo comprobaría, pero finalmente no se solucionó durante toda nuestra estancia. Probamos a conectarnos desde diferentes dispositivos y en ningún momento conseguimos utilizarlo. Consideramos que esto debería revisarse, especialmente porque el alojamiento indica que dispone de Wi-Fi gratuito. Este punto nos parece especialmente importante porque muchos huéspedes vienen de otros países y pueden no disponer de datos móviles o de una conexión a Internet propia durante su estancia. Por ello, contar con el Wi-Fi anunciado como servicio gratuito puede ser una necesidad y no simplemente un servicio adicional.

Luup access downstairs, washing machine + detergent soap, spacious room, safe surroundings even at night
It was a challenge to get inside the property the first time because of unclear instructions, microwave was not working, there isn't a bathroom mat from the shower, the kitchen items are kept under the sink with the cleaning agents which I find unsanitary esp that they're not kept in boxes or at least covered by a clean cloth. The trash is not segregated and the refrigerator is not that clean (I had to clean the door and handle myself). It would also be great to have a full length mirror and TV installed.
