キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗面台など共有スペースが広くとても使いやすい。フロントで20時まで日本酒のサービスもあり嬉しかった。朝食のヨーグルトが美味しかった。
私は気にならなかったのですが、音が気になる人もいるのか耳栓がサービスでもらえるようになっていました。

白馬八方のバスターミナルとゴンドラ乗り場、どちらも徒歩圏内で利用し易く、チェックインも22:00まで対応して下さるので、仕事の後の移動でも便利に利用できました。
遅い時間になると温泉は少し温めになるようです。

口コミで清潔と書かれていたけど、今まで泊まったどのホテルより清潔でした。隅々まで掃除されているのがよく分かります。トイレもウォシュレット付きで、とても清潔感がありました。
ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、こちらも快適でした。カーテンがあるのでプライバシーも保たれ、鍵付きの固定されたボックスまで用意されていたので、パソコンや財布類も安心でした。
ワーケーションで4泊しましたが、初日に車で5分ほどのスーパーで買い出しをしてキッチンで自炊していたので、食費も殆どかかりませんでした。無料の朝食は食パン、グラノーラ、牛乳、リンゴジュースなど色々置いてあり、美味しく頂きました。コーヒーマシンは使い方に少し手こずりましたがスタッフの方が1杯いかがですか、など声がけしてくれたり、気遣いに感謝です。ちょうど梨剥いたのでどうぞ、と家族みたいな空間でした。
バーカウンターでは17〜20時まで日替りの地酒を振る舞っていて、毎日それを楽しみに仕事してました。仕事はキッチンのテーブルやロビーのソファなど自由に使わせて頂きました。コンセントも豊富にあり何の不自由も無かったです。
温泉は肌がツルツルになる泉質で、浴槽が深めなので首元までしっかり温まりました。温度は私はちょうど良かったです。気持ちよくて1日2回入った日もありました。
スタッフの方々は皆さん優しくてフレンドリーで、とても過ごしやすかったです。白馬に来る時は絶対またここに泊まると思います！

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel, but what truly made it special was Ms. Yui. She went above and beyond to help us in every way possible! 🌟
She was incredibly generous with information — even showed us how to save money by booking entrance tickets online, which was such a helpful tip! When it was raining, she gave us so many great recommendations on places to visit and things to do — turning a rainy day into a wonderful experience. 🌧️✨
Ms. Yui truly took the extra mile for us and other guests. Her kindness, hospitality, and genuine care made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so thoughtful and helpful!

They don’t have a private cubicle shower room like other hostel, u will need to shower in the onsen room with other girls.
