Safe Haven for Women and families Travelers
I am single mother who travels to Smithfield every weekend for work, I prioritize my safety and comfort. I'm thrilled to share that super star has consistently exceeded my expectations! The staff, led by the lovely Meiling, are warm, welcoming, and make me feel like I'm opening my front door to my own home 🙏.
The rooms are impeccably clean, the prices are affordable, and the security camera system provides an added layer of reassurance. I appreciate the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff - it's clear they take pride in their work.
I've been staying here for 5 years, and it's my go-to choice. I can spot fake reviews, and I'm confident in recommending this hotel to fellow women travelers. The team genuinely cares about their guests, and it shows.
Thank you, super star, for being a safe haven for me and my family. We'll be back soon! đź’•"

De kamer was netjes, het was prima voor 2 nachtjes.
Er is een treinspoor dichtbij en dat maakt veel herrie in de nacht.

A Star of a Different Kind
As a seasoned traveler, I've encountered the frustration of online booking glitches. That's why I'm thrilled to share my experience at super star!
After paying online, I arrived at the hotel only to find the booking wasn't fully processed. But the staff, led by the amazing team, didn't bat an eye. They checked me in without asking for payment, prioritizing my comfort and convenience 🙏.
Later, they politely asked for my help in resolving the issue with (payment) Their transparency and customer-centric approach blew me away! They even offered me water and helped with my luggage – talk about going the extra mile!
This hotel proves that kindness, understanding, and excellent service can thrive even in the face of technical hiccups. The affordable prices, clean rooms, and friendly staff make it a gem for travelers.
To those who've faced similar issues, don't worry – it's often just a satellite system delay. And to the hotel team, thank you for being beacons of excellent customer service! 🌟 just like they are name super star thank you i will be back soon.

They put me in a 2nd floor room after I told them I had a couple heavy bags. Luggage cart, yes. Elevator, no. Good lord.
