Better to avoid this appartment!

Location is super. 5 minutes to the first entry to the dunes.

I contacted the apartment through a Booking message one day before arrival to ask about the check-in time, but I received no reply. On Booking it says check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. When we arrived, no one was there, and the house (with two apartments) was open. We didn’t know what to do. I tried to call the number listed on Booking, but my phone wouldn’t allow me to call it. I asked a local man to call for me. He said he knew the owner and that we could go into the apartment, and that the owner usually comes later to collect the money. I agreed. We had booked the larger apartment with two bedrooms, but one of the beds was not prepared (first surprise). We checked the second apartment, which was fully prepared and ready. Our baby was tired, so we put her to sleep. About one hour later, three more tourists arrived. We were all together confused. They had also reserved a room and had not received any information about check-in. They somehow managed to contact the owner. He sent his wife to collect the money, and she called a cleaner to prepare the apartment and clean a few more things. The worst part was that the apartment was not ready for us, we had no check-in information, there were ants in the bathroom, bedding was not set, bathroom is not very clean and the shower head was missing. I was very disappointed — especially for 31.5 Rial.
