Goede leuke plek voor het bezoeken van de hoofdstad. Met 10/15 min lopen ben je in het centrum. Het appartement zit in een kantoorpand maar met de goede instructies vind je het zo. Klein maar zeer fijne plek, verzorgd en modern.
Parkeren is wat lastig, het is de parkeerplaats voor het hele pand. Het appartement bevindt zich een stukje lopen door het pand heen.

Hübsches, sehr kleines Apartement, in dem geschickt alles Nötige untergebracht wurde. Spannende Location in einem alten Industriegebäude. Den Charme des heruntergekommenen Geländes und die endlosen Flure (dank guter Beschreibung haben wir nach der ersten Irritation den Eingang gut gefunden) muss man mögen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb (Nest-Centre ist eine irreführende Beschreibung), aber der Stadtkern ist zu Fuß in 15 Min. gut zu erreichen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt.
Wirklich ein dickes Minus ist der teilweise fast unerträgliche Geruch, der aus den Abflüssen im Badezimmer kommt, zumal dieses direkt ans Schlafzimmer angrenzt. Die Sorgfalt der Renovierung macht an einigen Punkten halt wie z.b. die Restleitung zu einem abgenommenen Heizkörper, die einfach in den Treppenaufgang ragt oder der schief aufgeklebten Tapete an der Küchenzeile.

Appartamento carino, pulito, arredato con gusto, con zona cucina molto ben fornita e attrezzata. Camera soppalcata e molto piccola con bagno senza finestra. Parcheggio auto gratuito sotto casa ma caotico. Comodità di raggiungere il centro a piedi in 20 minuti.
Purtroppo non c'era la tenda nella doccia (richiesta anche alla proprietaria) e si bagnava molto il bagno. Il palazzo è enorme con corridoi tipo labirinto, abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare la porta dell'appartamento (ce ne sono tantissime una di fianco all'altra senza particolari numerazioni) fortunatamente ci ha aiutato un addetto alla security. La zona è un pò fatiscente e poco curata.
