Zu teuer für die Qualität.

Lage zum Skigebiet und ein ansprechendes Schwimmbad mit zwei Saunen. Die Größe der Wohnung für 4 Personen war gut! Auf Nachfrage wurde ausnahmsweise ein Haustier zugelassen.

Mäßiger Service, da der Ansprechpartner in UK 🇬🇧 sitzt. Rezeption vor Ort ist nicht zuständig. Situation Der Parkplätze ist schwierig und Ordnung (Falschparker auf einem reservierten Parkplatz) wird nicht ordentlich nachgehalten. Im Flur stand die ganze Zeit Müll, für den sich niemand verantwortlich gefühlt hat. Das ganze Apartment war recht lieblos eingerichtet. Teile der Ausstattung waren kaputt und wurden auf Nachfrage entfernt, aber nicht ersetzt. (Stehlampe)

Lage gut, Preis Leistung nicht

Die Lage war sehr gut. Nah zur Gondel. Zu Fuß in 10 min im Ort Rauris. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Ruhige Ausrichtung der Schlafzimmer. Bad war schön und sauber.

Es war ein komischer Geruch von scharfem Putzmittel in der Wohnung. Küchenuntensilien waren nicht sauber. Für die Stühle auf dem Balkon gibt's keine Auflagen. Es ist niemand vor Ort an der Rezeption. Zimmercode für den Zugang erhält man nur über WhatsApp und nur auf Englisch. Der Außenpool ist nur extrem klein, direkt neben dem Parkplatz und der Müllstelle. Innenpool und Wellnessbereich ungepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr teuer und es wird 200€ Kaution zusätzlich einbehalten, die wir immer noch nicht zurück bekommen haben. Die Zuordnung und Nummerierung der Tiefgaragenparkplätze stimmen nicht überein. Aber man findet immer Platz. Parken vor der Wohnung nicht möglich. Insofern weite Wege mit Gepäck und Einkäufen.
