The apartment itself is really comfortable and feels like a home. The views of the sea are breathtaking, and the location is really good. The hosts Hayley and Brad were responsive and flexible. This is an odd one, but I appreciated the checkout clean up instructions being on the lighter side i.e. tidy up and clean the dishes, but not a full mop and vacuum like other places we stayed at. The kids loved the pool and tennis court, and the adults loved the air fryer! The beds were so comfy, and the en suite with the waterfall shower was so awesome. There's a washing machine and dryer for quick turnaround on pool days. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils which made life easier.
Everything was exceptional, they really deserve the 10/10 although when they say it's a small parking space, they really mean it! I had a Mazda CX3 which is a small to medium car, and it was a tight fit. There is free visitor parking but it's not always available. There is cheap parking in the area, but you'll have to drive around a bit. We had two cars for 4 adults and 2 kids, so we had to juggle that. On a tiny minor point, good coffee places are at least a 15mins walk away.

wonderful communication and offered flexibility on checking in and out. It was expensive, but as a once off booking I was ok with that.
needed a set of access "keys" for each room, not just two when it's a three bedroom
