Kitchen
It was very difficult to get into the property. The key wasn’t in the convenience store at 3pm, it was difficult to park at the convenience store. Waited outside in the rain for the cleaners to bring down the key, there was only no parking zones to leave the car to wait outside the front for the keys. Once inside the parking lot the information said level 2……but this meant level 2 of the apartment block not level 2 of the carpark. The numbers on the carparks aren’t sequential so it took 15 minutes to find the carpark. Then at the end you have to get your car out, then find a carpark, then walk all the way back to leave the keys inside. Very difficult.

This is a great apartment. Very easy to collect and return the key, host also very friendly and quick to response. And just about a six-minute walk from the nearest tram stop.

Location and size
There several husbandry issue that were frustrating and made me question the professionalism of the people who ran the show. Especially when you to tell the that the ensuite light is not working and nothing is done about it the whole time we were there. Lounge curtain that had device to lower or rewind. Tapes were loose. Toilet holders loose and not able to hold paper. Third bedroom bed side lamp not working. There were others which left me embarrassed as I was the one who suggested we stay on the property.
