Host had provided tea, coffee and sugar, along with a bottle of wine. Towels and all toilettries (shampoo, conditioner, shower wash) were provided in each of the en-suite bathrooms, along with separate towels for use in the jacuzzi. A towel was also provided for our dog, even though we brought all we needed for him. Clear instructions and recommendations for eating out and how to use jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend this property.
Being on the main road, you could hear the traffic. I don't imagine it would have been noticeable, had the windows been closed, but it was warm, so windows were open.

Great location and only 5 minute walk into Keswick town centre and not far from hiking start points either!

Fantastic cottage, big enough to sleep 10 people with plenty of space for each of us. Fantastic location on the the main road into the town centre.

the location was great, an easy walk to the town centre shops and amenities. The hot tub was brilliant to get into after a days walking.
The siting on a small industrial estate & the fact that there was minimal outdoor space. Parking was extremely tight but we did fit in 3 cars - just! On a busy road so quite noisy.
The hot tub was difficult to open and we were worried about damaging the cover as space was so tight. The cottage was cramped for 10 people! The front of it is separate accommodation with a partition wall, leaving the kitchen small and the hall very narrow. This set up means carrying meals through the narrow hall to the separate dining area at the far end of the property. The property could have been cleaner, the kitchen unit handles were decorative metal which attracted grease and dirt. The hall parquet is in need of repair and the whole cottage could do with renovation. With storage space quite tight finding somewhere to put the (unnecessary) scatter cushions from the beds meant taking up the only seats.
