Nella struttura non è presente un phon, ma solo la scatola vuota. Abbiamo chiesto per favore di avere un phon ma per 3 giorni abbiamo ricevuto sempre la solita risposta ovvero “che il manager era stato informato” È stato un grosso disagio perché abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, 3 ragazze, e non abbiamo potuto lavarci i capelli.

Niemand war telefonisch erreichbar beim Check-in. Bin eine Stunde vor verschlossenen Tueren gestanden. Wohung war verschmutzt.
