This place is quite exceptional. We came to it after a week camping in Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks and so the comfort of the facilities was really appreciated. The location by the Kings River is beautiful, as is the house itself. Best of all were the hosts who made it feel like we were staying with friends without being intrusive. No personless check-ins here!

We loved everything about our stay. The house is warm, inviting, and has beautiful craftsmanship. Each bedroom has a different theme, and the decor is all unique, carefully curated and fun to look at. We stayed in the seaside room, which had a beautiful balcony overlooking the front. Our room had its own bathroom which we wanted, and we would book this room again for that feature. There was a cute coffee bar on the second floor with lots of yummy syrups, and sugar-free options too! My husband and son loved the pool table. We had everything we needed for our stay.
The backyard is just stunning, and we enjoyed sitting by the river. The morning breakfast was a highlight, and we were treated to homemade biscuits and gravy, homemade granola, fresh made cookies, chantilly cream with berries and more. I will be dreaming about that breakfast for a long time.
We enjoyed talking with Tim and Teresa, and they make you feel right at home. They literally think of everything and it could not have been more perfect. I told them that this may well be my favorite place I have ever stayed! We can’t wait to visit again.

We like that the place feels like home. Our hosts were very attentive. The homemade breakfast was good and unexpected.
