Quiet place, surrounded by nature. If you're a bit lucky (like we were) you get to see deer grazing close to you and squirrels playing in the forest.
House has everything you'll ever need and then a bit more! Host are amazing, they really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.
I'l definitely be coming back. Its an excellent place to recharge your batteries.

Location is fabulous, quite, peaceful and restful, air is to breath deep, sun is to enjoy it from early sunrise till late afternoon. Kutak is right size, quality and the owners are smashing, Slobodan is great host.
All was good and in line with what I saw before coming and experiencing.

The A-frame cabin is impeccably maintained and offers all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The view is excellent, and a scenic forest path begins immediately behind the cabin, providing a pleasant opportunity for walks in nature. The property is also equipped with a grill and a well-arranged outdoor seating area, ideal for serving and enjoying barbecues. Additionally, there are two outdoor swings, suitable for both children and adults. In the evening, ambient lighting can be activated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere around the cabin.
We stayed in December, and the indoor comfort exceeded expectations. With the air conditioning set to heating mode, complemented by a ceiling fan that efficiently recirculates warm air, the interior temperature was consistently above 24°C, which was particularly comfortable.
Finally, the owner, Mr. Slobodan, was exceptionally kind and attentive, managing our stay with great care, for which we thank him very much!
