The staff is extremely polite, nice and helpful. I had to check-in very late and they were accommodating.
The water in the bathroom is always very hot and the AC is sometimes a bit too cold. Other than that the place is great value for money and the location is great too.

De locatie is goef
Geen warm watervoorziening, de matrassen zijn te dun waardoor je het gevoel hebt op een harde matras te liggen. Kamer was erg basaal., waardoor de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding niet goed is (P 1819,00 per nacht)
Daarnaast is hun booking.com profiel gehackt want we werden bestookt met mails via booking.com dat we onze boeking moesten bevestigen via een link naar een P2G formulier, anders zou de boeking gecanceld worden. Ondanks dat de boeking als eerste door booking.com is bevestigd. Verwarrend is dat dit bericht van Pilgerhaus (gehackt) via booking.com komt. Vervelend is dat booking.com hier niets tegen kan doen.
