The view from the roof terrace was excellent. The accommodation was well located within about a 10 minute walk to a tube station plus buses ran along the main road outside. A large modern flat with plenty of space in the rooms plus good large wardrobes and comfortable beds. The equipment we needed was there - kettle, toaster, dishwasher and cooking utensils, plus a good sized fridge and freezer.
Some of the equipment/parts of the flat did not work very well. For example the door lock to the main building and to the flat itself was very tricky to operate. The smoke detectors had been removed. There were not many instructions for operating appliances like the TV and the hob. There were no grab rails to climb into the bath which I personally found very difficult. The shower was poorly positioned making it difficult to use right up one end of the bath and the hand held unit was coming away from the shower. For the price we paid we did not expect these niggles, which let the place down a bit.

Très bel appartement situé dans le quartier très prisé de Mitte. Une terrasse en duplex magnifique ensoleillée,ainsi que des balcons. Rien n'a été oublié pour les équipements. Et le petit plus, une place de parking en sous-sol.

Le confort et la luminosité de l'appartement.
La situation géographique à 10 mm en transport de la place Alexanderplatz (centre névralgique de la ville).
Le calme du lieu.
Avoir un petit peu plus de vaisselle à disposition (plats pour cuisson au four) et quelques produits ménagers (pastilles lave vaisselle en plus grand nombre, torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et ses mains).
