1. 使用密碼郵箱領取鑰匙，雖然鑰匙只有一把，但只要放在郵箱中保管即可！即使同住者的行程不同，也不用擔心提早回來卻沒有鑰匙開門的狀況！很方便～
2. 房東人超級好且很積極的回答我們的問題，因帶了一個一歲半的孩子，希望可以在入住時間前寄放行李，房東也馬上回覆沒問題，且住宿整體對小小孩非常有友善，還很貼心的準備小孩的餐椅供使用。
3. 房間大小適中，有一間為鋪床房間，非常適合小孩睡，完全不用擔心小孩會掉下床。
4. 廚房設備齊全，也有洗衣機等設備，非常方便！
5. 附近有超市、便利商店、咖啡廳、餐廳，整體來說非常便利！

Comfortable small apartment suitable for family of four, well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and basic amenities. Plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Quick message communication from the host helped answer our questions.
10 minute walk from Sannomiya station which can feel a bit far with luggage + small children in the rain.

Excellent location – just a short walk from the station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. The host was very friendly and responded to messages extremely quickly. The building has a secure entry system, which made me feel safe. It’s also convenient for getting a taxi to the airport.
There’s a fire station nearby, so you may hear sirens occasionally at night (though not constantly). The WiFi signal was unfortunately quite weak and unreliable at times.
