Dom który pamięta kim jesteś

Bardzo romantyczne i wysokowibracyjne miejsce. Drewniane ściany tego domu znają śmiech, czułość i spokój, szept rozmów o świcie przy kawie na tarasie, ciszę wspólnego milczenia przy kominku, i dźwięk kroków boso po tarasie. Czas płynie tu wolniej, ten dom przypomina, że nic nie musisz…

Wszystko się podobało oprócz faktu, że trzeba wracać, bo skończył się pobyt.

Nie polecam tego miejsca, jeśli jesteście obcokrajowcami, podróżujecie z małymi dziećmi lub planujecie przyjazd w większ

Willa zrobiła na mnie pozytywne wrażenie – przestronne wnętrza pozwalają poczuć komfort, a ogród nadaje temu miejscu wyjątkowy, relaksujący charakter. Całość tworzy idealne warunki do wypoczynku w spokojnym otoczeniu.

Niestety, mimo urody samej willi, nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo rozczarowujący. Problemy zaczęły się już na etapie rezerwacji – dodanie dwóch dorosłych i niemowlęcia okazało się trudne, mimo że obiekt miał wystarczająco dużo miejsca. Spędziłam godzinę na infolinii, po czym – zgodnie z decyzją właściciela – pozwolono nam przyjechać za dodatkową opłatą 400 zł i kaucją 1000 zł, o której wcześniej nie było żadnej wzmianki. Po przyjeździe personel na miejscu nie miał o tym pojęcia, więc wszystko tłumaczyłam od nowa po tym czekaliśmy, aż zostanie przygotowana dodatkowa sypialnia. Myśleliśmy, że to koniec nieporozumień, ale zarządca willi poprosił nas o rozmowę z właścicielką, która rozpoczęła rozmowę nieprzyjemnym tonem, twierdząc, że nie rozumie, czemu przyjechało więcej osób. Dopiero po mojej informacji, że mam potwierdzenie na Bookingu i że jesteśmy gotowi zapłacić dopłatę oraz kaucje, zmieniła ton i zakończyła rozmowę. Prawdziwe rozczarowanie przyszło chwilę później – gdy wyszłam na zewnątrz po rzeczy z samochodu, usłyszałam rozmowę zarządcy z właścicielką, prowadzoną przez telefon na głośnym trybie. Pytała, jak wyglądamy i czy jesteśmy „normalnymi Ukraińcami”. To było wyjątkowo upokarzające i niewłaściwe. Za dwie noce zapłaciliśmy 1800 zł plus 1000 zł kaucji – a mimo tej kwoty, czuliśmy się niechciani. Na miejscu dowiedzieliśmy się też, że nie ma gdzie wyrzucać pieluch – odpadów zmieszanych brak, bioodpady kazano wyrzucać do lasu za ogrodzenie, a pieluchy – zabrać ze sobą. W ramach rekompensaty zaproponowano nam dłuższy pobyt w dniu wyjazdu, do 15:00, ale w dzień wyjazdu o 11:30 przyszła informacja, że mamy opuścić dom natychmiast, bo właścicielka nie wyraziła zgody. Dużo podróżujemy po Polsce, ale takiego braku szacunku, profesjonalizmu i nieprzyjaznej atmosfery nie spotkaliśmy jeszcze nigdy. Na domiar złego sama willa była niedokładnie posprzątana – na podłodze i parapetach było pełno martwych much i kurzu, co zdecydowanie nie przystoi miejscu tej klasy.
