Appartement très propre, agréable et confortable, bénéficiant d'un excellent emplacement à Torrequebrada. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et la piscine est très appréciable. La place de parking privative est également un vrai plus lorsqu'elle est accessible. Le logement est bien situé pour profiter de Benalmádena mais aussi pour rayonner facilement dans la région.
Cristian s'est montré sympathique lors de nos échanges et, lorsqu'il a finalement pu se déplacer le dernier jour, il s'est excusé pour la situation et a remplacé immédiatement la télécommande défectueuse du parking. J'ai apprécié son attitude à ce moment-là.
Le logement a de réelles qualités, mais l'organisation et surtout la communication de l'agence ont malheureusement dégradé mon expérience à plusieurs reprises.
Avant mon arrivée, j'avais expressément demandé à pouvoir accéder au logement vers 12h30, horaire compatible avec la plage de check-in annoncée, et cela m'avait été confirmé. J'avais également suivi la demande de l'agence en la tenant informée dès ma sortie de l'avion. Le jour de mon arrivée, il m'a encore été confirmé vers 11h que le check-in aurait lieu vers 12h30-13h. À 13h10, n'ayant aucune nouvelle, j'ai dû relancer. Le ménage du logement n'avait alors pas encore été effectué. J'ai finalement pu y accéder vers 13h30 pour déposer mes bagages et me changer pendant que le ménage était réalisé. On devait ensuite me prévenir dès que l'appartement serait prêt, mais j'ai seulement reçu un message vers 16h30 m'indiquant qu'on avait oublié de me prévenir. Après un voyage commencé tôt le matin, cette première journée a donc déjà été inutilement compliquée par un manque de communication.
Le problème le plus important est toutefois survenu en fin de séjour. J'ai signalé dès le lundi que la télécommande permettant d'accéder au parking fonctionnait de plus en plus mal et demandé qu'elle soit vérifiée ou remplacée. Le mardi, j'ai reçu une réponse concernant d'autres sujets évoqués dans mon message, mais aucune réponse ni solution concernant la télécommande. Le mercredi matin, sachant que je devais partir très tôt le lendemain pour prendre un vol, j'ai de nouveau signalé la situation directement à l'agence via Booking et demandé une solution. Malgré plusieurs messages et relances, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de l'agence sur Booking.

Overall, I had a very good stay, mainly thanks to the apartment’s space and comfort. The view was absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight, especially combined with the large balcony. The apartment itself is very spacious and full of natural light, which made it feel even more pleasant. Everything seemed recently renovated, especially the bathroom, which was modern, clean, and well maintained. Cleanliness overall was on a high level.
Another big plus was the private parking with a remote-controlled gate, which made things very convenient and stress-free. The apartment was also well equipped with appliances such as a large fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, TV, and even a hairdryer. When I asked for an extra blanket, it was delivered the next day, which I appreciated.
On the downside, although the kitchen is renovated, the utensils and dishes are quite old and in poor condition. Some of them didn’t feel very clean, and the oven was outdated and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen also lacks functionality, especially because there is no proper space to place dishes after washing them.
The washing machine was unfortunately not clean, with hair inside and a bad smell. There was also some noise during the mornings due to construction work in a nearby apartment, although this might just have been bad timing.
The bed was slightly smaller than expected (around 150 cm), which might not be ideal for everyone. Communication with the host was a bit confusing, as I had to coordinate with three different people. The person who handed over the keys did not speak English, and we had to agree very precisely on the arrival time, which made the check-in process slightly stressful.
Pool wasn’t functional at the time of visit (beginning of May).
It’s in a pretty old building, so the lifts are also very outdated (they were functional though)
Couch was quite uncomfortable and already stained.
