Die Lage war sehr gut. Zentrum und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nahegelegene Parkmöglichkeit sind vorhanden. Ja nach Verfügbarkeit sind diese gratis oder müssen bezahlt werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Check-In ist leider nur online möglich.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist eher beschränkt. Der Kaffe und die Croissants sind jedoch sehr gut.

It was good location and the family suite was beautiful. Easy check in process.
The architecture of the family suite was beautiful and looked like a medieval building from inside, but it came with that smell which I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay. For one night in Pizzo it was perfectly fine.

non ho usufruito della colazione, per fortuna..... La posizione della struttura e' buona.
La gestione dell accoglienza da parte dello staff. All arrivo non c'era nessuno e telefonando al numero di riferimento rispondeva solo la segreteria......... Dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa stavo per contattare i vostri uffici quando finalmente ci hanno chiamato. Ho trovato una notevole rigidita'da parte di uno dei gestori che sinceramente non ho ne'capito, ne'gradito dal momento che nonostante l'inconveniente sopracitato ho sorvolato anche su altri problemi. Credo che una cialda di caffe' in piu' non mandi in rovina nessuno.......
