The owners clearly love this caravan. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus a few extras too. Some of the practical items just made life much easier such as the hanging shoe storage and plenty of hooks for towels, dressing gowns and coats etc.. The caravan felt homely, a lot of effort has clearly gone into making it feel that way. It definitely was a home from home stay for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would I stay again? Absolutely.
There was nothing to dislike.

First time we ever stayed in a Caravan and it was an exceptional experience. Sue & Simon took their time and effort to ensure you have the best experience possible. Decoration, spot on cleanness, super comfy beds, even a little treat for our pet! It makes you fell at home. We didn't want to leave... we will definitely go back in the future. My Kids loved the splash zone so much, well so did I haha Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart.

Very cosy and clean accommodation. Suited a family of 4 plus a small dog very well.
Comfortable double bed and sofas - nicer than most caravans. Outside space was well utilised in the summer.
Excellent location. Beautiful easy walk along the coast path to Crooklets, Bude or Northcott Mouth Beach.
We were lucky to have good weather and the kids enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.
We missed the nightly entertainment as it was only on Fridays & Saturdays during high season, this wasn’t clear on the advertising at the site.
