なんばに3駅で行ける立地と、雰囲気のあるお風呂がとても良かったです。
事前の設備に対する説明が、こちらから聞かないと分からないだけでなく、事前の案内と鍵の開け方が違う、タオルが置いてない、テレビは1台はチューナーと離れた場所に置いてある、もう一台はB-casカードが不良で見られない等々、不親切な点が多々ありました。
また、清掃料が異常に高い、2週間くらい前に予約したのに、予約した瞬間から100%キャンセル料が発生する点も非常に不親切だと思いました。
あと、玄関の暖簾がぐちゃぐちゃになってましたが、それはお店のせいというよりは、風が強いとそうなることが分かり、後で納得しました。

Yo y mi familia disfrutamos mucho de la bañera privada tan bonita que tiene, sobretodo después de caminar tanto por Osaka, poder disfrutar de un baño caliente para revitalizar los músculos y las articulaciones. La ubicación es excelente un barrio tranquilo y muy cerca del metro que va directamente al centro. El anfitrión siempre estuvo disponible para hablar con nosotros de cualquier problema que pudo surgir durante la estancia.
El salón-cocina es muy pequeño para 5 personas. Cómo está a pie de calle entran algunos bichos.

This place gets a second review from us - it was so good we extended our stay! It's rare to have so much space in a bustling city but this quiet spacious space became our sanctuary at the start and end of busy day's. We loved the traditional style of it and highly recommend a stay here.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, The house was in quiet area a short walk to train and subway stations and shops and supermarkets. The bathroom (especially the tub) was amazing. Huge fridge freezer was great; 2 aircon units (heat pumps) were ideal.
That we couldn't stay longer!
