A place where everything is for the guest - easy to find (provided you use your brain and eyes), easy to receive and hand over the keys, well placed - somewhat away from the crowds, but still very close to them. Fine hosts (hotel reception), everything fine with the apartment and the facilities. Good both for short and long stays.
Just one thing to ask the people taking care about this apartment - if you have plants on the balcony, please take proper care of them (at least water daily or ask guests to do so - it is not hard). Or kill the plants or move away. It is at least unpleasant to find semi-dead plants you cannot help (
Apart from this - a perfect place to stay.

Отличное местоположение, 2 мин до Мескиты. Очень чисто и комфортно. На кухне есть все необходимое, чтобы приготовить еду. Магазин рядом. Спасибо тому, кто написал в отзыве, что в Мескиту можно попасть бесплатно в 8:30 по выходным, это было потрясающе!
Наши окна выходили на улицу, было слышно не только разговоры в кафе, но даже как храпит сосед в доме напротив 😁 в час ночи мыли улицу из шланга, интересно было посмотреть. Если хотите выспаться, выбирайте окна во двор.

Exceptionnel. Une très, très bonne expérience. L’appartement est à 50 mètres de la mosquée. Il est calme, bien équipé et avec beaucoup de charme. La communication et l’enregistrement se font en toute simplicité. Bravo.
Rien sinon de remplacer le savon en sachet par de vraies savons
$$$$
