It was lovely and well appointed. Great location. Third floor narrow staircase so a little tricky with heavy bags..

Loved the location and the space of the apartment.
Clear directions to the apartment from the lock box
There could have been basic supplies like salt, sugar etc.
The number of stairs could have been made clear.

The location
The ridiculous checkin process, finding the key in a lock box at a different location and being given multiple instructions consisting of links, photos and wordy instructions. We were not prepared to take photos of ourselves holding up our passports and submit these to an unknown website as part of the checkin process. We were not told about this until after the payment had been taken out or we would have cancelled.
