Der Straßenlärm. Dafür aber alles in der Nähe und sofort befahrbar.

Spacious property with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
We enjoyed mostly the outdoor space.
Has all electrical appliances, even a clothes dryer, all in excellent condition.
Location was also great, right across the street there is a supermarket.
You need a car to reach the beaches and Chania but the property has a private parking spot very conveniently at the entrance.
Although on a busy street, we were not bothered by the noise as we had the windows closed.

Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Toutes les informations dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin était noté dans un cahier.
Son emplacement un peu loin du centre de La Canée sur une route passante.

We loved the location close to the Old Town in Chania and in close proximity of wonderful beaches nearby like Marathi, Stavros and Loutraki. We loved the fact that the property had all the amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. We had private off street parking which is rarity in Chania. The drive into Chania Old Town is a short 5-7 minute drive. If you don't have a car not to worry as there is a Bus Stop to take you into Chania 100m down the road. We had a Supermarket across the road to pick up any items that we needed. It really is the perfect location to stay and enjoy all that Chania has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chania.
