It's a great place to stay, outside of the main part of Borovets, right on the trail to the Black rock and other places. The apartment is cozy and very well thought out. There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. It was clean and tidy, also very stylish and comfortable. We would stay there again.
The only downside at the time of our stay was that right next to the building, there's this big hotel that is being renovated or built, and workers start with the noises early in the morning. And it's not the best sight. Hopefully it will be finished quick and this won't be a bother anymore.

Very spacious apartment in a building with an elevator, 2 bathrooms, well equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, great value for money.
The host was very responsive, friendly and spoke fluent English (over the phone, didn't meet her in person).
The building next to the building the apartment is in is a big construction site. It was worrying at first sight, but given we weren't in the apartment during the work hours - it didn't bother us too much.
There is no dedicated parking next to the building - there is free parking around 2 minute walking distance.
