The ambience and security

The room looked luxurious for the price honestly. Like crisp white duvets and everything. I had high expectations cos the room was really lovely. The building too. And the staff was nice.
However the AC didn’t come on till I left, so it felt hot under the duvet. the fridge didn’t come on too. (they said it was cos they were running on gen).the tv didn’t show any channels, but worst of all, the water stopped running around midnight and I had to rinse off with the two bottled water I had in the morning when I had to leave. I couldn’t take a bath . So yeah.
