Location, host, responsiveness, well equipped kitchen. Oven, stovetop.
Small shower, not clean enough, the underground parking garage is a great addition - but be aware that it is very tricky to park a bigger car - like Nissan quashqai. Also the overall state of the parking is rather tragic - very old and not well maintained across the whole building. I don’t reduce the rating for that.
Also, pleaseeee replace the broken corkscrew - so much needed item in Italy.
Also be aware that before opening the door you need too pull it slightly - in other case the door gets stuck.
